At May Lashes, your satisfaction and safety matter to us. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

Opened products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product once its packaging has been opened. All sales of opened items are final.

Unopened products: If your item is unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a refund. Simply email us at info@maylashes.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Each request is reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis, and we'll respond as soon as we can.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email info@maylashes.com right away and we'll make it right.
