Order processing: Orders are typically processed and packed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates: We offer a flat shipping rate of $8 on all U.S. orders. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.

Delivery time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships so you can follow it right to your door.

Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at info@maylashes.com and we'll do our best to help before your order goes out.
